Job Description:
- Performing household assessment interviews in selected villages in accordance with plan and following the questioners.
- Ensuring that each question is clearly understood and that the reply is reasonable.
- Asking for further clarifications during the interviews if needed.
- Suggesting improvements with regard to the overall process based on field experience.
- Collecting and organizing the questioners for submission to the survey team leader.
- Communicate any relevant problems with survey team leader and ask for directions.
- Reporting on progress of the survey to survey team leader.
- Through outreach visits, ensure the communities are well aware of the project and are encouraged to participate in activities
- Take active part community mobilization in consultation with project coordinator
- He/she organizes meetings with local leaders and hears their feedback, reports complaints to the Project Coordinator.
- Ensure that all members of the affected communities have proper communication channels to the key staff of the project
- Develop excellent relations with the communities, the local authorities and other aid organizations
Job Requirements:
- High School graduated
- 2 years of experiences as surveyor
- Good communication abilities in Dari and Pashto
Skills:
- Should be well familiar with usage of smartphones and tablets.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability in to explain in details
