Job Description:
The specific duties and responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will include, but are not limited to:
1. To Enhance working Capacity of the Secretariat.
2. To Translate documents from English to Pashto and Dari.
3. To update the Director about the appointments.
4. Prepare monthly and other work-plans and reports as required and submit to the Director.
5. Provide organizational and logistical support for the Director.
6. To receive and send Email.
7. To take minutes of meetings
8. Assist the Director in day-to-day and daily works.
9. Manage the Director’s office and work-plan. Maintaining and organizing the daily diary for the Director, involving appointments, commitments, meetings, press conferences etc
10. Update Director on the programme and operational emerging issues/problems.
11. Any other related functions that may be assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements:
1.Advanced diploma in management, Business or any other relevant field. A degree will be given preference.
2. Three years of experience in similar field.
3. Ability to work with the team.
4. Fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English languages.
5. Ability to work in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
